Listings and property information
Listing and sold-home information comes from the KYGR IDX API (Central Georgia MLS and Georgia MLS). Each listing is shown with its listing firm and source MLS. Listings can change or be withdrawn at any time, so confirm details with Dexter before you make a decision based on them.
Google reviews and Google Maps
The rating and reviews on the homepage and the Reviews page come from Google and are shown with Google's Places UI Kit, which keeps Google's own attribution. Your use of that content is subject to the Google Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google decides which reviews appear, and the list changes as Google updates it.
