Information you send through our forms

Contact form. Your name, phone number, email address, what you are interested in, and your message.

Create My Dream Home questionnaire. The same contact details, plus your answers about areas, home type, lot size, bedrooms, bathrooms, half bathrooms, home size, styles, must-haves, budget, timeline, preferred way to be contacted, and any notes you add.

We use this information to reply to you. Each submission is emailed to Dexter through Resend, our email delivery provider. This website does not keep its own database of form submissions.

Analytics and performance

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page views and how quickly pages load. Vercel hosts the site. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Storage in your browser

If you dismiss or answer the Dream Home question that appears while you browse, the site saves a timestamp in your browser's local storage so the question stays hidden for 30 days. That information stays on your device.

Property search and listings

Listings on this website come from the KYGR IDX API, which supplies Central Georgia MLS and Georgia MLS. Each listing is shown with its listing firm and source MLS. Those pages are built on the server. The listing service key stays on the server and is not sent to your browser.

When a listing page shows a map, your browser loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Your browser sends your IP address and browser information directly to OpenStreetMap for that request. This site does not collect that information. OpenStreetMap handles it under the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Google reviews and Google Maps

The rating and reviews on the homepage and the Reviews page come from Dexter's Google Business Profile and are shown with Google's Places UI Kit. When the testimonials area nears your screen, your browser loads Google's Maps JavaScript API from Google and asks Google for the reviews. Your browser therefore sends your IP address and browser information directly to Google. This site does not collect that information from those requests. Google handles it under its own Privacy Policy.

Google content on this site is subject to the Google Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
